Print Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label and the included packing slip provided through the online returns portal.
Pack the Device
Place the item securely in its original box along with all cables and manuals, then seal the package and attach the prepaid label to the exterior.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at an authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until we confirm receipt and process your refund.
